ad1 The Jinishian Memorial Program (JMP), a faith-based initiative of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), is seeking a part-time, remote Administrative Assistant to support its mission of empowering Armenian communities through economic, social, and spiritual development.This role provides key administrative, communication, and event coordination support, assisting with donor engagement, study tour logistics, and JMP’s visibility efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently, with a passion for community development and cross-cultural engagement.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate JMP Jottings, annual reports, and appeal materials in collaboration with the Communications Associate.• Identify opportunities to feature JMP in PCUSA, Armenian, and other publications (print & digital).• Support JMP’s visibility efforts at PCUSA conferences, General Assembly, and other events.• Organize logistics for U.S.-based meetings and provide administrative support for overseas meetings as needed.• Assist with study tour planning and logistics, supporting the Coordinator before, during, and after the annual tour to Armenia.• Gather updates from overseas partners for Facebook and website updates.• Track donor interests, giving history, and donations to support donor engagement.• Provide financial administrative support, including processing monthly credit card statements and other documentation via DocuSign and related platforms.• Ability and willingness to travel to Armenia as needed.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or related).• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a nonprofit, faith-based, or similar organizational setting.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Knowledge of Armenian (written & spoken) is required.• Basic financial knowledge, including expense tracking and reporting.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.• Experience in event planning, donor relations, or communications is a plus.• Familiarity with PCUSA structures, Armenian communities, or faith-based programs is beneficial.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and online collaboration tools (e.g., DocuSign, Zoom).Position Details:• Type: Part-time, on-call, flexible schedule.• Location: Remote with potential travel to Armenia as needed.If you are interested in supporting a mission-driven organization and making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply!To Apply: Please send your resume and a cover letter detailing your qualifications and interest in the role to jmp@pcusa.org by April 12, 2025.Apply Job! ad2 apply to this job
