Job Description:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms
  • Own campaign performance from strategy through execution
  • Manage multiple client ad accounts with varying budgets and objectives
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
  • Design and execute A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
  • Implement unit testing methodologies before campaign launch
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on data
  • Manage ad budgets to maximize client ROI
  • Own on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategy for multiple client websites
  • Conduct keyword research and mapping for organic search opportunities
  • Monitor SERP rankings, visibility, and share of voice
  • Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with development and design teams
  • Optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content structure
  • Analyze competitor SERP positioning and identify content and link-building opportunities
  • Develop content briefs and coordinate with content and design teams
  • Track local SEO performance for local service clients
  • Report on organic traffic, rankings, impressions, CTR, and paid metrics
  • Assist with ad copywriting, creative briefs, and basic graphic design coordination
  • Research and recommend new media opportunities and platforms
  • Develop advertising and SEO strategies aligned with client goals
  • Identify campaign expansion and improvement opportunities
  • Recommend budget adjustments using performance data
  • Create monthly client performance reports covering paid and organic search
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data and market insights
  • Communicate performance insights to account managers
  • Participate in client calls as needed
  • Track CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, organic rankings, organic traffic, and keyword visibility

Requirements:

  • 5+ years managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Required experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience covering technical, on-page, and content-driven SEO
  • Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of $10K+
  • Experience improving organic search rankings and visibility for multiple websites
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance analysis
  • Experience assisting with or directing media creation for digital campaigns
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Google Ads certification required
  • Meta Blueprint certification preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
  • Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar SEO tools
  • Ability to own accounts with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
  • Availability during 9am–5pm Central Time for at least 4–6 hours of team collaboration
