Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operation and team for the Restaurant and M&E area, and ensure the correct open/closing procedures are adhered to 
  • Maintain high visibility to ensure the smooth running of the shift
  • Ensure all food orders are served to the required standard, liaising with the Kitchen and other F&B areas where necessary
  • Maintain effective and regular communication within the team, carrying out daily shift handovers and briefings
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of all F&B promotions, room packages, local events and other general product knowledge necessary to perform their duties
