If you answered yes, this is the job for you. This position will be responsible for contacting and setting appointments with inbound web leads for the largest, fastest growing health club. Will also handle inbound telephone inquiries and retain cancelled members via phone, e-mail and social media.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed goals for contacting all inbound web leads within set time parameters
  • Meet and exceed goals for conversion of web leads into physical appointments within the clubs
  • Meet and exceed goals for retaining cancelled memberships
Expectations:
  • Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the Genesis Health Clubs
  • Exhibit ability to communicate clearly, effectively and persuasively
  • Repeatedly deliver assigned scripts without sounding forced or stale
  • Consistently think on toes to answer unexpected objections
  • Able to understand and adapt to multiple computer programs, CRM systems and data reporting formats
Job Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum two years experience in sales, cold calling or telephone-based customer retention
  • Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work well with others

Available to work weekends and evenings when needed
