<h1>Campaign Manager, Paid Social</h1><p><strong>Team:</strong> Paid Social</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Los Angeles, CA / Remote</p><p><strong>Commitment:</strong> Full-Time</p><p><strong>Workplace Type:</strong> remote</p><h3>Duties/Responsibilities:</h3><ul><div> <li>Independently manage paid social campaigns, optimizing ad placements, targeting, and creative to meet client goals.</li> <li>Handle client servicing by effectively engaging with mid-level stakeholders to discuss ad performance, audience targeting adjustments, and creative testing.</li> <li>Identify and escalate critical performance issues, ad disapprovals, and client concerns with a clear resolution plan.</li> <li>Manage 6-8 accounts or a total MRR of $40,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).</li> <li>Proficient in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on platform best practices.</li> <li>Developing an understanding of Multi-Touch Attribution for social platforms, able to support campaign analysis and attribution reporting for clients.</li> <li>Stay updated on paid social trends and best practices, proactively adjusting campaigns to align with platform updates and audience behavior.</li> <li>Develops creative strategies for social ads, engaging in testing to improve creative performance.</li> <li>Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative adjustments to improve engagement and ROI.</li> <li>Present data-driven insights to clients, offering recommendations to enhance paid social engagement.</li> <li>Analyze client business models and align paid social strategies with revenue and engagement objectives.</li> <li>Contribute to internal training efforts, mentoring junior team members on campaign execution best practices.</li> <li>Execute operational workflows to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.</li> </div></ul><h3>Required Skills/Abilities:</h3><ul><div> <li>Strong understanding of social ad targeting, budget management, and ad creative strategies.</li> <li>2-3 years of client management experience, primarily with SMBs.
