Channel Operations Analyst Level 2

A leading organization in distribution and data management is seeking a Channel Operations Analyst Level 2 to join their remote team. Looking for only EST/CST candidates. This temporary role supports third-party distribution channels by enhancing data accuracy, streamlining processes, and fostering cross-team collaboration. There is no application deadline for this role. *Channel Operations Analyst Level 2 Responsibilities:* * Provide daily support to ensure data alignment and reconciliation between internal systems and external distribution partners. * Monitor and validate data across third-party platforms, escalating discrepancies as necessary. * Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and other internal teams to facilitate channel processes and address operational inquiries. * Assist with multiple operational initiatives, representing MHE's distribution activities externally and working with stakeholders internally as a subject matter expert. * Engage with Sales and GTM teams to support channel operations and escalate disputes as directed by leadership. *Channel Operations Analyst Level 2 Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. * Over five years of relevant experience managing distribution or data operations. * Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail. * Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is preferred. * Experience managing and reconciling large datasets across various platforms. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. * Proven ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements. * Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting. * Basic knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and system integrations is a plus. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
