You will build trusted relationships with data and technology leaders across the financial industry, develop client-focused processes and solutions, and promote high user adoption by implementing data-driven workflows. You will ensure smooth onboarding through targeted training, surface intelligent product feedback to Product Development, and serve as a client advocate. Responsibilities

  • Form personal relationships with technical leaders in the financial industry.
  • Understand client objectives and develop creative ways to optimize their workflows.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business and technical processes, and provide tailored solutions using FactSet’s data products.
  • Provide guidance on FactSet data solutions and increase adoption of FactSet APIs, datafeeds, and cloud services.
  • Plan and lead product trainings, feedback sessions, and business reviews.
  • Promote product usage and adoption and reduce client cancellations.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding through targeted training.
  • Surface intelligent product feedback to Product Development.
  • Serve as a client advocate.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech.
  • Client-centric mindset.
  • Desire to collaborate across teams to create unique and innovative solutions.
  • Experience or desire to be client facing as a subject matter expert.
  • Proficiency at learning, using, and applying new technology.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
