<p><strong>Job Title: Construction Laborer (Morning Shift)</strong><p><strong>Job Description</strong><p>This role supports a large-scale industrial construction project in Fremont, focusing on rigging, anchoring, and technical labor for heavy machinery installation. The work is highly physical and takes place both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, confined areas, and high-noise environments. You will regularly use hand and power tools, including jackhammers, laser levels, and skid steers, and may work around heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
