The ideal candidate is a strategic, experienced professional with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.</span></p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Support with production and ideation of our Travel Rule and Crypto Monitoring content while collaborating with the wider marketing team to create impactful assets across multiple channels.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own content for the Sumsub Academy, suggesting innovative ideas to engage these audiences both online and offline, and drive results for lead generation, course completion, and boosting the Academy’s reputation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify new opportunities to create or repurpose content that drives value throughout the marketing funnel.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Transform complex topics into valuable, easily digestible content for our customers and prospects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the development of a content marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes, ensuring seamless communication and the timely execution of projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Uphold a consistent brand voice and narrative across all content, ensuring it reflects our company’s values, positioning, and tone.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create tailored content specifically for our target audiences using Sumsub’s internal market research and customer personas.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives through defined key metrics, driving continuous improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Engage regularly with the content team to review quarterly results, celebrate wins, and share learnings that raise the bar across campaigns.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Advanced or native English speaker.</span></p></li><li><p><span>4+ years of experience in product content marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role, with proven success in leading content-driven campaigns for product-based IT/tech businesses (complex SaaS products as a plus).
