THE JOB: As an On Call Dice Dealer, you’ll play a key role in creating an engaging and enjoyable gaming experience for our guests. In this role, you will deal assigned table games with accuracy and efficiency while delivering exceptional guest service. You’ll ensure all games are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. THE STARTING RATE: $12 plus tips THE DAY-TO-DAY: Proficiently deal one or more game types, such as Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games (Poker), and variations, while clearly communicating player instructions, card totals, game outcomes, and other required information in accordance with established procedures Maintain a courteous, guest-focused atmosphere at the table, delivering exceptional service, staying attentive to player needs, and responding promptly and effectively to inquiries Safeguard and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers, closers, and marker transactions Exchange cash or markers for chips, collect losing bets, pay winning bets, and collect commissions in accordance with the rules of the games dealt.
