(IR-RMNI).</p><p></p><p>We are actively seeking an <b>Enterprise QA Automation Engineer. </b>This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in Brazil. </p><p></p><p><b>Position Summary</b></p><p></p><p>The <b>Enterprise QA Automation Engineer</b> is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and compliance of enterprise applications, including ServiceNow and Salesforce, as well as Mendix client portal and ERP-integrated platforms. This role supports the full testing lifecycle by designing and executing functional, regression, integration, and automated testing strategies.</p><p><br>The position plays a critical role in validating system changes, supporting release readiness, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. The QA Engineer works closely with development, business, and release management teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions across enterprise platforms and to drive continuous improvement in quality practices.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute testing strategies aligned with enterprise change and release processes.</p></li><li><p>Define and drive test strategy based on risk, business impact, and system complexity.</p></li><li><p>Assess testing scope and prioritize testing activities using a risk-based approach.</p></li><li><p>Design, document, and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).</p></li><li><p>Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations, including understanding the impact of Apex-based logic.</p></li><li><p>Perform end-to-end testing across integrated systems, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and third-party platforms.</p></li><li><p>Validate data integrity across systems and ensure accuracy of data flows between integrated platforms.</p></li><li><p>Execute and validate regression testing to ensure changes do not impact existing functionality.</p></li><li><p>Identify, document, and track defects and work with development teams to ensure resolution.</p></li><li><p>Partner with development and business teams early in the lifecycle to identify quality risks and prevent defects.</p></li><li><p>Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test evidence for audit readiness.</p></li><li><p>Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users and validating outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Perform post-deployment validation (PVT) to confirm successful implementation in production.</p></li><li><p>Execute testing across multiple environments (Development, Test, Production) and support release coordination activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all testing activities are documented with appropriate evidence for audit and compliance purposes.</p></li><li><p>Support SOX compliance by validating IT general controls (ITGC) and maintaining audit-ready test documentation.</p></li><li><p>Track and report quality metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, and release readiness indicators.</p></li><li><p>Participate in change management and CAB processes to assess testing readiness and risk.</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities for test automation and process optimization.</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or related roles.</p></li><li><p>Experience testing enterprise applications, including ServiceNow and Salesforce.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing.</p></li><li><p>Experience with enterprise testing across multiple systems and environments.</p></li><li><p>Experience with IT change management processes and release cycles.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and IT General Controls (ITGC).</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including basic understanding of Apex and its impact on testing.</p></li><li><p>Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.</p></li><li><p>Experience testing system integrations and end-to-end workflows.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with defect management and test management tools (e.g., JIRA or similar).</p></li><li><p>Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple integrated platforms.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Language</b></p><ul><li><p>Fluency in both English & Portuguese is required.</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p><b>Location</b></p><ul><li><p>Brazil, remote work</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Rimini Street?</b> </p><p></p><p>We are looking for talented, passionate people to help us build our future at <a href="https://www.riministreet.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Rimini Street</a>.
