Full- and Part-time Housekeeping Assistants - start ASAP

We have opportunities for full- and part-time Housekeeping Assistants to work in our busy school.

Working hours will be:

  • Mondays to Fridays on a year round basis
  • Full-time: 10:30 to 18:30
  • OR
  • Part-time: 15:30 to 18:30 (with the opportunity to do extra hours if you are available)

Duties will include:

  • maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school, including surfaces, office equipment, walls and floors
  • vacuuming, dusting, polishing, cleaning, cloakroom cleaning and toilet sanitising, etc.
  • carrying out any other ad hoc duties appropriate to the role, as directed by the Assistant House Manager or the House Manager

Salary:

£25,771 (actual gross annual salary for full-time position, equating to an hourly rate of £12.39 (to be reviewed for April 2026). This salary is based on a 40-hour working week, including 1 hour paid for lunch and breaks).

£7,123 (actual gross annual salary for part-time position, equating to an hourly rate of £12.39 (to be reviewed for April 2026).This salary is based on a 15-hour working week, during term-time only. Timesheet any additional hours.
