A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright, ambitious and people-focused graduate to join our team here at Angela Mortimer on the first step of our graduate development programme.

Our graduate scheme offers hands-on experience, direct leadership exposure and a clear pathway into business support recruitment.

You will join the team as an Operations Coordinator and from day one, you’ll gain insight into how a high-performing business operates while building the confidence, commercial awareness and leadership skills that will accelerate your career.

After 3-6 months of fully getting to know the business, Operations Coordinator’s you will join a team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, working as part of a highly collaborative team. 

As a consultant, duties will include: interviewing candidates, meeting with clients, matching candidates to live jobs, organising interviews, taking candidate feedback and placing jobs with our clients. 

📍 Soho, London (Office-Based)

💼 Full-Time | Monday–Friday

🌴25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

💰 £29,750 Base Salary (first year OTE 50k)

Key Responsibilities

® Acting as the first point of contact for all candidates and clients.

® Managing incoming calls and office coordination.

® Supporting strategic projects through research and analysis.

® Leading productive feedback meetings and driving team outcomes.

® Supporting candidate registration and onboarding documentation.

® Working directly with senior leaders and the CEO.

® Accurate data input.

® CV sourcing.

® Event coordination, including high profile company events.
