Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) – Remote (NZ)

This is a remote position. SyncEzy is a fast-growing, bootstrapped B2B SaaS company building integrations for the Construction, Trades, and Service industries. We work with platforms like Procore, Simpro, Auto desk, and Zoho to solve real operational problems for businesses globally. We are not VC-funded. We grow through product-market fit, customer value, and smart execution. We are looking for ahands-on Growth Marketing Managerto take ownership of our marketing engine and drive a qualified pipeline across AU, USA, UK, and NZ. This role reports directly to the CEO and involves both strategy and execution. What You’ll Own • Build and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns (SEO, paid, email, webinars) • Own lead generation and pipeline contribution • Create high-quality B2B SaaS content (landing pages, case studies, product pages) • Optimize website conversion and funnel performance • Manage and improve marketing automation (Zoho / CRM workflows) • Run and scale webinar programs (sales + customer success) • Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion • Lead and coordinate freelancers, agencies, and internal team members What Success Looks Like (6–12 months) • Consistent growth in qualified inbound leads • Improved conversion rates across the funnel • Scalable campaign playbooks across key markets • Strong alignment between marketing and sales pipeline • Clear reporting on CAC, LTV, and ROI Requirements Requirements • Able to work independently in a fully remote environment • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Software Engineering • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (construction/trades experience is a plus) Technical Skills • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Zoho CRM, ZOHO Campaigns, Webinars, HubSpot, Salesforce) • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS and analytics tools (Zoho Analytics or equivalent) • Strong understanding of attribution, UTMs, and campaign tracking • Proficiency in paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC) Analytical & Execution • Strong grasp of funnels, CRO, and performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, ROI) • Proven ability to execute end-to-end campaigns • Data-driven decision making with strong attention to detail • Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Experience running webinars, email campaigns, Benefits Salary & Benefits • $110K – $130K NZD (based on experience) • Fully remote (work from anywhere) • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team • High ownership, low bureaucracy environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
