About the Role Our client is hiring a HubSpot Solutions Expert to take ownership of workflow configuration, custom HubSpot projects, and technical scoping for client engagements. You'll be the hands-on HubSpot specialist who turns business requirements into clean, working solutions inside the platform, and the bridge between client needs and the solutions architects or developers who handle deeper builds. This is a hybrid technical and client-facing role. You should be comfortable inside HubSpot at an advanced level, conversant in how APIs and web integrations work conceptually, and confident showing up on camera with clients when needed. What You'll Do - Configure, build, and maintain HubSpot workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs - Own custom HubSpot projects from scoping through implementation and handoff - Translate client business requirements into technical specifications for solutions architects and developers, particularly around API integrations and third-party connections - Participate in client-facing conversations, including discovery calls, walkthroughs, and project updates - Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and recommend improvements to existing setups - Document configurations and processes so work is repeatable and transparent Requirements What We're Looking For Required - Strong, demonstrable HubSpot expertise (workflows, automations, properties, lifecycle stages, reporting) - Working conceptual knowledge of APIs and how web systems talk to each other (you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what's happening) - Hands-on experience with at least one HubSpot migration involving an API - Fluent written and spoken English - Reliable home office setup with stable internet, webcam, and headset Preferred - Background or working awareness of marketing or sales operations - HubSpot certifications Who You Are - Energetic and engaging on camera, with a strong on-screen presence - High emotional intelligence and a genuine customer service mindset - Comfortable owning ambiguity and asking the right questions to clarify scope - Organized, detail-oriented, and steady under client-facing pressure Benefits - Remote Working for US Company - Exposure to new technology & trend - Competitive Salary
