THE TEAM The mission of the Product Creative Technology department is to design, build, deliver, and operate scalable technology, data, analytics, and AI solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the Product Creative (Technical Design, Development, Production, etc.) teams.

Aritzia is growing and our Product Creative Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving technology, data, analytics, and AI solutions that power our product ecosystem. You will turn complex business requirements into high-performance solutions, acting as the primary liaison between Aritzia’s technology and product teams.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Product Creative Technology, you will:
  • Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow across teams involved in the product creation lifecycle.
  • Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.
  • Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of key product technology solutions.
  • Provide excellent and reliable, proactive and reactive support product creative technology solutions.
THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Product Creative Technology, has proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
  • The end-to-end software deployment lifecycle
  • Managing, developing and delivering a large-scale PLM platform (Centric Software suite)
  • Supporting technologies for product creation and development (e.g. 3D, PIM, ERP & SCM)
  • SQL
  • Product design, development and merchandising in the apparel industry and the complete product lifecycle
  • Clear communication and collaboration when working with business stakeholders of varying technology exposure
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
