What will your challenges be? Maintenance of customer, product and price databases.

Registration of products with 3PL prior to receiving shipments.

Manage daily order to cash process, annual pre-sales of campaigns, product returns from customers, commercial shipments and allocations from Italy

Ensuring the proper functioning of the electronic invoice in Italy

Management of off-invoice contributions to customers (Rappels, sell out challenges)

Support to Love Isdin loyalty plan for professionals (ZA and PIN)

Participate in the implementation of working tools related to order to cash processes (e.g.

Smart

Order) and be the first level of support in case of sales agents' issues

Coordination of the Customer Care team with the different corporate areas (Supply, Quality, BITS, Finance, Corporate Marketing, Legal).

Coordination between the Customer Care team and the subsidiary (Country Manager, Finance, Marketing and Sales)as well as different external suppliers (Credit Policy, 3PL and Contact Center). Are you the one we are waiting for?
