Lifecycle Campaign Designer + Producer (Klaviyo)

About Future Digital Future Digital is the growth partner for VC-backed health, wellness, and family brands. We pair strategic guidance with hands-on execution to help mission-driven founders scale — combining the rigor of a performance agency with the partnership of an embedded team. About the Role Future Digital is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to build and execute email and SMS campaigns across multiple DTC and digital health brands. You'll take strategy and brand direction from our team and bring it to life in Klaviyo — building flows, designing polished email creative in Figma, and managing the moving pieces so nothing slips. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-obsessed, design-savvy, and takes pride in running a tight, organized program across multiple brands. This is a part-time role to start, with a clear path to full-time. What You'll Do • Build and launch lifecycle flows and campaigns in Klaviyo • Design polished, on-brand email creative in Figma, from layout and visual hierarchy to final build-ready assets. • Own the lifecycle calendar across multiple brands — managing timelines, deadlines, and approvals so every campaign ships on schedule. • Set up audience segments using behavioral and transactional data to deliver the right message to the right people. • Coordinate with strategy and creative teams to keep work moving — tracking deliverables, flagging blockers, and closing the loop. • Run A/B tests and pull performance reports, flagging insights and opportunities to the strategy team. • Keep lifecycle programs organized, documented, and easy to hand off across brands. What You Bring • 3+ years in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within ecommerce or DTC. • Hands-on Klaviyo expertise — flow setup, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting. • Strong design skills with proven fluency in Figma; able to take email creative from concept to polished, on-brand asset. • Excellent project management skills — you manage multiple brands, calendars, and deadlines without dropping a ball, and keep everything documented and on track. • Exceptional attention to detail; you catch the typo, the broken link, and the off-brand color before anyone else does. • Professional, reliable, and a clear communicator. • Working knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce ecosystems. • Genuine passion for digital health, wellness, and scaling meaningful consumer brands.
