Marketing Consultant (EST or CST remote)

About the position

Korn Ferry is searching for a Marketing Consultant in the eastern or central time zone. This position plays a key role in supporting RPO commercial growth by developing and executing targeted marketing activity that engages priority clients and markets. The role focuses on creating industry and region-specific campaigns and content that strengthen Korn Ferry’s RPO market presence, generates interest, and supports sales opportunities. Working across global regions, the individual will deliver high-impact marketing initiatives that enhance client conversations, build credibility in key sectors, and contribute to pipeline development. This role is suited to a proactive, creative marketer who is motivated by delivering measurable business impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns aligned to RPO strategy and commercial priorities, with a focus on driving engagement, lead generation, and pipeline progression
  • Develop high-impact marketing materials (e.g. case studies, fact sheets, videos) that strengthen client conversations and clearly articulate our solution value
  • Tailor campaigns and content for priority industries and regions to support targeted sales engagement and account-based activity
  • Create and promote thought leadership content (e.g. articles, advertorials) that positions Korn Ferry as a credible partner in addressing key client challenges and market trends
  • Partner with Sales and Client Account teams to support industry and client events, including content development, audience targeting, and follow-up to maximize commercial outcomes
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing to develop solution-focused landing pages optimized for conversion and aligned to campaign objectives
  • Support social media activity to amplify campaign reach, increase engagement, and drive traffic to sales-relevant content
  • Coordinate analyst and partnership activities to enhance market credibility and support sales positioning in competitive opportunities
  • Track and report on campaign, content, and event performance, with a focus on lead generation, engagement, and contribution to pipeline
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform messaging, strengthen differentiation, and support business growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Excellent writing and editing experience creating clear, compelling and client-focused content
  • High school diploma; 4-year degree preferred
  • Familiarity with business solutions and tech marketing and an understanding of B2B marketing principles
  • Located in eastern or central time zone
