Neshoba Feed Mill (MLO) Feed Ingredient Receiver Operator FM02 - FT - 2nd Shift

Job Details: Summary: This position is responsible  to operate unloading equipment to unload all incoming bulk ingredients on rail and/or truck.  Hours: Mon - Friday  2 pm to 10 pm. Flexible scheduling required as work days/hours may change in the future. $18.05 per hour plus $1.00 shift premium  Job Responsibilities: 1. Ability to accurately record data 2.  Ability be able to operate scales and document incoming ingredients through the ticketing system 3.  Ability to operate equipment to unload feed ingredients and route to appropriate storage silo 4.  Ability to obtain and run quality analysis on required incoming ingredients 5.  Ability to lift and use hand tools to assist in unloading of ingredients 6. Ability to perform minor maintenance duties using hand tools 7. Able to work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments. Heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather. 8. Ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours as required based on demand scheduling 9. Ability to work in elevated areas and follow all safety procedures 10. Able to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity Guidelines including an agreement to avoid any avian species   11. Maintain good housekeeping including service areas 12. Communicate to all levels of Operations including Customers and Vendors both orally and in writing where required 13. Follow and Operate within all Tyson Health and Safety protocols 14. Able to Lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs. with assistance 15. Stand, Sit, Walk, Climb Ladder/Stairs with the ability to sustain physical activity throughout the day. 16. Complete all other tasks assigned by management. *Selected candidate must live in a 50 - mile radius from facility.* Job Requirements: Education: HS diploma or equivalent preferred Experience: Six (6) months operator experience with one employer in the previous 12 months. Six months clerical experience and/or feed mill experience preferred. Knowledge of D.O.T. trucking procedures preferred. High school degree or equivalent. Special Skills: 1. Basic Math Skills 2. Communication Skills 3. Basic mechanical Skills 4. Basic computer skill 5. Ability to certify and maintain PIT Certification 6. Ability to certify as a Weigh Master 7. Ability to achieve and maintain respirator certification where applicable (ability be clean shaven) 8.
