Night Auditor

In this pivotal role, you will oversee overnight operations, manage guest accounts, and provide exceptional guest services to create a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

  • Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions and reports
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly and solutions-oriented approach
  • Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed
  • Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts
  • Assist with guest services such as concierge duties, providing local information, transportation arrangements, and special requests
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, especially in front desk or night audit functions
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations excellence
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel experience systems, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and property management software
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
  • Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
  • Prior experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
