Join Our Team as our second Onboarding Coordinator!

Are you passionate about people, organization, and creating exceptional first impressions? We’re looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one.

In this dynamic, full-time role based in our main office, you’ll be the go-to person for welcoming new hires and guiding them through a smooth, engaging onboarding journey. Working closely with the HR Manager and current Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll help new team members feel supported, informed, and excited to be part of our mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the entire onboarding process from the hire date to full integration
  • Conduct new hire meetings and ensure all paperwork and compliance requirements are handled accurately
  • Provide friendly, ongoing support to new employees—answering questions and helping them succeed
  • Track onboarding progress, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance (including I‑9 documentation)
  • Collaborate across teams and help improve onboarding systems, workflows, and employee experience
  • Contribute to special HR projects, company events, and team initiatives

Schedule & Flexibility
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
  • Primarily in-office, with some flexibility as directed
