The Role: The legal assistant handles a high-volume caseload; must be able to multi-task, prioritize and have excellent attention to detail while maintaining organization; must be a positive team-member with the ability to function in a fast-paced, high volume work environment. The Legal Assistant will assist with all forms of communication with the client, attorney, medical providers, lien holders, insurance companies, and escalate issues to the Paralegal and Attorney.

? Assist in all aspects of PIP cases from beginning to end.

? Gather records, police reports, etc.

? Communicating and corresponding with clients, lien holders, and others in the legal community.

? Maintaining client files.

? Review, analyze and summarize case files.

? Other duties as assigned.
