We are seeking a Product Educator who has direct experience in working with AI-enabled solutions to join our fast-growing SaaS company. The Product Education team operates with a dynamic and innovative approach, fostering cross-functional collaboration and organizational agility. This role is a key part of empowering users (Murj employees and customers) to utilize Murj's product and its expansive feature set to the fullest potential.<br><br>The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both SaaS education and training and the cardiovascular healthcare landscape. Candidates must be available during core hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time) to serve our internal teams and clinical partners. Occasional evening hours—generally starting around 10:00 p.m. ET—will also be necessary to assist with evening product releases.<br><br><strong>Travel expectations: </strong>1-10%: Minimal to no travel; maybe a few meetings or events.
