The selected individual must have the technical expertise to develop complex refrigeration solutions and understand how to deliver applications that meet our customer’s needs.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>What you will do:</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Work with the Sales and Project Development teams to determine appropriate concepts, designs and offerings for the customer’s needs.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Provide engineering analysis of refrigeration systems and present recommendations.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Develop refrigeration system designs, using industry experience to provide solutions best suited for the application.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Prepare load and sizing calculations, specify and select equipment, components and materials.  Direct sourcing efforts and approve alternate suppliers when appropriate.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Work with Sales and Project Developers in the estimation of project costs.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Prepare engineering specifications and provide direction to the drafting staff in the preparation of project drawings.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Lead drafting personnel in the development of plans and standards.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Manage revisions of drawings and issue plans per project schedules.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Provide engineering support to construction and service technicians as necessary.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Both domestic and international travel may be required.  Estimated travel is 15%.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><br><span><b>What you will bring:</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>At least 5-7 years of engineering or field experience is required.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Refrigeration experience strongly preferred.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Professional Engineering license is a plus.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><br><span><b>Key Competencies:</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Expert understanding of Refrigeration systems including heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid flow, airflow, mechanical design, and controls.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Excellent analytical, mathematical, project management and problem-solving skills.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Strong computer skills, with a working ability in CAD, Project, Excel, and other systems</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability to quickly and efficiently understand and organize information necessary to make engineering decisions.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability to make progress by completing tasks and deliverables in a multi-tasking environment (several concurrent assignments) on time.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate up, down, and across the organization.</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:</b></p>$90,900.00 - $164,675.00<p><b>Compensation Type:</b></p>Salary<p><b>Incentive Eligible:</b></p>Yes<p><b>Sales Commission Eligible:</b></p>No<p></p><p><b>Disclaimer</b>: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
