Job Summary:

Responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution and successful completion, ensuring the team meets deliverables while managing resources, timelines and budgets. Partner to develop and apply best practices, systems, and processes to ensure on time completion of projects at or above internal and client expectations.

Job Description:

  • Serve in a lead role to plan and oversee execution and delivery of client facing projects
  • Establish project plans to control scope, schedule, timelines, budget, and other success criteria throughout the life of the project with company stakeholders (Account Executives, Customers, Leadership, etc.).
  • Track team allocation and availability across project deliverables and timelines- emphasizing critical projects/paths.
  • Enter project plans and team member allocation into company project management tools
  • Partner with account executives from onset of project to ensure client’s expectations and goals are achieved
  • Partner with internal production partners to ensure designs can be produced by one of the Imagine locations, or they can identify an external third-party vendor who can support deliverables
  • Lead client kickoff meetings and other key client meetings to ensure a solid project foundation is laid prior to internal project kickoff
  • Initiate/attend internal and client project meetings
  • Deliver ongoing project communication, internal check-ins, and client communication as needed
  • Monitor and regularly report project progress and manage roadblocks and risks
  • Motivate team members involved in the project to complete tasks on time and within budget
  • Lead projects, and educate others, on project management and standard processes.
  • Develop positive working relationships with cross-functional partners across the Imagine organization
  • Identify opportunities to gain efficiencies and streamline agency and/or client work and processes

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications of Position:

  • 3+ years project management experience
  • Proficient management and leadership skills and competencies
  • Highly proficient verbal and written communication capabilities as well as executive presentation abilities
  • Strong user of project management tools such as Workfront, MS Project, Monday.com, or similar
  • Ability to manage at both a broad and tactical level?
Preferred Qualifications of Position:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
  • Certification from an accredited institution in Project Management (e.g., PMP from PMI)
  • Creative Agency experience in a client facing role
  • Experience in, or understanding of, the creative design and printing fields
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent organization and presentation skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills along with advanced problem-solving skills
  • The ability to gain commitment from parties with differing positions and opinions
  • Team building, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
