[Remote] Account Director

They are seeking an Account Director to manage key client relationships, lead integrated experiential programs, and collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned accounts, owning communication, trust, and outcomes across planning and execution Develop strategies for relationship-building, retention, and revenue growth across your assigned accounts Lead pitch meetings, planning sessions, and strategic check-ins with client stakeholders - and command the room while doing it Provide leadership with regular, clear updates on account health, opportunities, and action plans Build, manage, and mentor a team of client service managers; own performance reviews and staffing decisions Take account briefing calls and RFPs, and translate client requests into clear, effective internal briefs for the team Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production leads to develop thoughtful, on-brand proposals that reflect client goals Convert client needs into scopes of work, and sound strategic direction aligned to long-term objectives Manage day-to-day execution across concurrent programs while keeping alignment with client expectations Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets; own client P&L, valuation, and ROI metrics for your accounts Work alongside Producers during execution, spot-checking deliverables and protecting the client’s interests and vision throughout Go onsite during activations to manage the client relationship and represent TH on the ground Lead internal and external check-ins and keep systems current and accurate Proactively problem-solve and escalate with a recommendation Facilitate post-project debriefs and key-learnings sessions with clients and internal teams Generate post-project plans that deepen the relationship and surface new business and retainer opportunities Partner with marketing to reconnect and reinvigorate past client relationships Share learnings with leadership to continuously refine workflow, process, and the client experience Skills 6-10 years in account management or client services, including at least 4 years in experiential marketing or event production Ability to lead major client programs from initial brief through final execution and wrap Strong written and verbal communication skills with clarity, confidence, and empathy across internal and external teams Super organized, proactive, and able to take initiative without being asked Ability to excel in high-paced environments with complex timelines and evolving deliverables Balance strategic thinking with operational precision to keep everything moving forward Natural problem solver who is comfortable taking ownership and command of a room Fluency in project management systems and CRMs (Slack, Asana, Podio, Google Workspace) Willingness to travel as needed and motivated by helping brands show up in impactful, inspiring ways Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Competitive salary plus commission Generous vacation policy and work-from-home flexibility Health and wellness benefits Company Overview TH Experiential is a digital agency that delivers creative strategy, event production, UI, UX design, app and web development services.
