[Remote] Associate Enterprise Project Manager

As an Associate Enterprise Project Manager, you will lead projects that enhance the experience for members and employees, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Manage projects, features, and business initiatives from planning through implementation and closure, ensuring successful delivery of objectives and outcomes Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements using an iterative and collaborative approach Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and key deliverables to keep teams aligned and on track Coordinate activities across teams, manage dependencies, and foster collaboration to achieve project goals Identify potential obstacles, proactively address challenges, and help remove barriers that impact project success Participate in project governance activities and provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Ensure project artifacts, documentation, and deliverables meet organizational standards and audit requirements Support project budgeting, forecasting, invoice reviews, and reconciliation of project expenditures Organize and manage the work of external partners and vendors supporting project initiatives Create implementation plans and coordinate project launch activities to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes Identify opportunities to enhance project execution, team effectiveness, and delivery processes Seek coaching and development opportunities while expanding your project leadership capabilities Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving business needs Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience required Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supporting business and/or technology projects, with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously while applying strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Professional project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent preferred Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments preferred Experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders across complex organizations preferred Benefits 401(k) Company Match (up to 3%) 4% annual contribution to your 401(k) by BECU Medical, Dental and Vision (family contributions as well) PTO Program + Exchange Program Tuition Reimbursement Program BECU Cares volunteer time off + donation match Company Overview As a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative, BECU is guided by the credit union philosophy of “people helping people.” In fact, putting people over profit guides our everyday business decisions.
