[Remote] Client Insights Analyst

They are seeking a Client Insights Analyst to support reporting, dashboard maintenance, and data analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance analytics capabilities. Responsibilities Support the delivery of recurring reports, dashboards, data extracts, and analytical outputs Conduct analysis of platform, product performance and customer behavior data to help identify trends, anomalies, and business drivers Take well-scoped business questions and translate them into clear analytical approaches, outputs, and findings Write, validate, and maintain SQL queries used for reporting, analysis, and dashboard support Perform quality assurance on dashboards, datasets, metrics, and recurring deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency Investigate business questions and summarize findings in a clear, organized, and business-relevant way Explain your analytical approach, methodology, and findings to internal teams and, as needed, in client-facing settings Contribute to documentation, metric definitions, data dictionaries, and reporting methodology to support a consistent source of truth Partner with Data Solutions, Product, and Engineering teammates to troubleshoot data issues and clarify reporting logic Support the Client Insights Lead in preparing materials for client-facing deliverables, working sessions, and business reviews Skills 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role Strong SQL skills and experience using data to answer business questions, support reporting, and analyze performance trends Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports in BI tools; Tableau experience preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills, with the ability to identify trends, interpret results, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and communicate findings Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Awareness of responsible data handling practices Alignment with iSeatz core values, including collaboration, accountability, curiosity, and customer focus Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms Experience in travel, eCommerce, marketplaces, loyalty, or digital consumer products Experience supporting client-facing analytics, reporting, or product teams Exposure to product analytics, conversion analysis, or digital web analytics Familiarity with data governance concepts and data privacy and security best practices Benefits Competitive compensation A comprehensive suite of benefits Robust health insurance A 401(k) plan with company matching Generous paid time off Up to eight weeks of paid parental leave for eligible caregivers A remote-first company that values flexibility and autonomy An annual professional development allowance Company Overview One of the most powerful booking engines for ancillary travel products in the market today.
