[Remote] Full Stack Product Manager - Investor & Internal Platforms

The Full Stack Product Manager will build investor-facing product experiences and internal AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and engagement within the venture ecosystem. Responsibilities Build and evolve investor-facing product experiences that improve Crunchbase’s value to investors, venture firms, founders, and venture ecosystem participants Establish and operate structured feedback loops, including advisory groups, beta programs, early access cohorts, customer interviews, demos, office hours, and product feedback channels Act as the voice of investors and venture ecosystem users within the Product organization Translate qualitative feedback and behavioral signals into product requirements, experiments, prototypes, and roadmap recommendations Identify opportunities to improve investor engagement, adoption, satisfaction, and product-market fit Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Revenue, and Operations teams to convert investor insights into high-impact product opportunities Measure the impact of investor-facing initiatives using adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and business outcome metrics Build internal AI-powered tools and workflows that improve operational efficiency across Crunchbase Identify manual, fragmented, repetitive, or brittle workflows and replace them with scalable internal systems Design and implement tools that integrate data, AI models, automation, APIs, and user workflows Deploy tools in limited-access internal environments for use by Crunchbase teams Own the ongoing maintenance, debugging, documentation, and improvement of the internal tools you build Ensure internal tools are reliable, secure, observable, and maintainable for their intended use case Define product opportunities, user problems, business requirements, and success metrics Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, business value, urgency, and implementation complexity Translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, technical approaches, prototypes, and shipped solutions Break initiatives into iterative milestones and manage delivery from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization Make thoughtful tradeoffs across speed, quality, usability, maintainability, cost, and risk Measure adoption, engagement, operational impact, and business outcomes after launch Write, modify, debug, and maintain code using modern AI-assisted development workflows Use vibe coding, spec-to-code workflows, rapid prototyping, and iterative development to move quickly from problem definition to working software Build prototypes and production-ready internal tools that real users can rely on in limited-access environments Integrate data sources, APIs, AI models, automation platforms, and user interfaces into functional workflows Own performance, reliability, documentation, and ongoing improvements for the systems you build Know when a solution is appropriate for direct ownership and when it requires deeper Engineering partnership for scale, security, or long-term infrastructure needs Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Revenue, Operations, and business teams to identify high-impact product and operational opportunities Work directly with investors, customers, and internal stakeholders to understand needs and validate solutions Communicate clearly about priorities, tradeoffs, technical constraints, risks, and expected outcomes Contribute to the evolution of modern product development practices across Crunchbase Skills 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, product engineering, solutions engineering, founder/operator roles, or a comparable technical builder role Experience writing code and shipping usable software products, internal tools, or AI-powered workflows that real users relied on Demonstrated experience owning products or workflows from problem definition through launch and ongoing optimization Experience working directly with customers or users to gather insights and drive product decisions Experience leveraging AI-enabled development tools, automation platforms, APIs, data workflows, or modern product development practices Ability to write, understand, debug, deploy, and maintain code using modern AI-assisted development workflows Experience using AI-assisted
