[Remote] Marketing Specialist

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support event coordination and logistics for various internal and external events, while also contributing to broader marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Plan and execute logistics for events, including venue sourcing and booking, vendor coordination, registration management, materials preparation and shipping Support the execution of conferences, webinars, and prospect/client events and meetings Manage backend reporting and event-based tasks such as attendee tracking, event reporting, supply coordination, and assist with post-event follow-up Source, order, and manage inventory and distribution of branded materials, promotional items, and event swag Create event communications, including invitations, reminders, and attendee correspondence Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are executed smoothly and aligned with company standards and branding Participates in the creation, formatting, and updating of event materials and supporting marketing documents Maintain organized records of event materials, vendor information, contracts, and marketing assets Contributes to the broader marketing initiatives to support marketing teammates for additional projects and initiatives as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated success in execution Proven experience in event planning and coordination, including managing logistics and sourcing event materials. Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while meeting deadlines and standards Strong project management and organizational skills and excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks.
