[Remote] Mechanical Engineer II (CFD)

They are seeking an entry-to-mid level Mechanical Engineer II with experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to collaborate on various high-profile projects. The role involves designing mechanical systems, overseeing production, and coordinating with teams and vendors. Responsibilities Independently drive projects forward throughout design and construction phases Design mechanical and plumbing systems for data centers Oversee the production of all mechanical designs, systems and drawings Work amongst a cross-discipline design team, owners, and contractors to develop drawings and specifications Coordinate with external vendors, internal design teams and manufacturers Major equipment selection and scheduling Skills 2+ years of Professional Mechanical Engineering design experience, including hands-on CFD modeling and simulation to design and optimize mechanical systems for data centers or other mission critical projects Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Valid EIT Certification or Mechanical Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus Experience working independently and managing priorities Strong understanding of mechanical systems and energy codes Ability to think strategically and demonstrate flexibility in order to achieve long-range objectives Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to work as a team Top-notch organization, attention to detail combined with excellent written and oral communication skills Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Cadence, BIM and Revit Benefits Eligible employees may participate in Meade-sponsored benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, and other company-sponsored benefits.
