They are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to coordinate the execution of sophisticated 3D visualization and real estate marketing software projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly deliverables. Responsibilities End-to-End Project Ownership Manage and track simultaneous client projects and day-to-day activities from kick-off through final delivery and archival with a high sense of urgency and minimal supervision Strategic Liaison Act as the primary link between the client and the studio; maintain proactive contact to ensure communication flows effectively and expectations align with project scope Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI, and 3D Visualization teams to shape intuitive, high-quality product experiences Planning & Execution Translate requests into actionable project plans. Create and maintain schedules, track deliverables, and monitor/report on progress to address bottlenecks quickly Scope & Change Management Proactively identify 'out-of-scope' requests and translate them into formal Change Orders. Perform impact assessments on 3D render times and engineering capacity to ensure project profitability Asset & Data Management Categorize and keep track of client-provided assets, data sources, and formats used for developing 3D models and software Client Leadership Lead and participate in client reviews; identify potential issues, stay abreast of scope changes, and influence customers toward project goals Skills 5+ years of project management experience within a digital production, creative agency, or architecture-adjacent environment (3–5 years minimum) Jira Mastery Managing boards, epics, stories, and tasks; tracking sprint progress and generating reports Experience with Agile Frameworks Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models, including standups and backlog grooming Hands-on experience with Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Review Studio, Box, MS Office, and G Suite Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus A solid understanding of the 3D creation process, film production, or interactive media Proactive, positive, and professional with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate issues before they escalate Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex project statuses into clear, actionable updates for all stakeholders Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States Based in Sarasota, FL.
