[Remote] Regional Manager- Field Sales

Pos Service Holland is seeking a highly driven Regional Manager – Field Sales to lead business development and account growth within an assigned region. This role involves managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving market expansion across multiple channels. Responsibilities Manage and grow existing accounts across assigned region and channels (Automotive, Heavy Duty, Specialty, Non-Automotive, and Rebuilder markets) Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence Drive “pull-through” sales by engaging and converting target installer accounts Conduct regular in-person customer visits (up to 75% travel) Collaborate with Channel Directors and cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies Expand business within existing accounts through product growth and program execution Build strong customer relationships and enhance brand awareness in the field Provide market insights on competitors, pricing, and customer needs Support resolution of customer issues related to pricing, supply, quality, and service Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity reporting using CRM tools Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience 5–7 years of experience in automotive aftermarket, heavy duty, or related industries Proven track record in account management and new business development Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to work independently in a field-based role Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license required Experience working across multiple sales channels Passport preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Company Overview Pos Service Holland is a wholesale firm that supplies starter motors, alternators, test equipment, cores, AC compressors, and spare parts.
