Responsibilities Drive Flex card adoption Lead Flex card features from discovery through launch and iteration, spanning onboarding, activation, spend, repayment, and member communication Ship with speed and conviction Lead your squad through discovery, delivery, and in-market optimization - ensuring fast execution without losing sight of long-term impact Own the numbers Drive core metrics including offer-to-activation conversion, card usage, repayment behavior, and member retention Enable flawless execution Translate goals into clear, prioritized backlogs in partnership with product, research, design, engineering, and data teams, leading to fast, high-quality execution Lead with evidence Use qualitative research and quantitative data to surface the highest-impact opportunities across the member funnel Champion Flex card evolution Explore and validate how Flex card evolves as a multi-product experience alongside ExtraCash and Dave Banking Skills 5+ years of product management experience including 2+ years in fintech, lending, cards, or related consumer financial products Proven track record of improving growth, conversion, and retention in consumer products Proven ability to manage a complex product surface area with many stakeholders, using strong product judgment to balance user experience, risk, and business outcomes Experience working closely with senior leaders to propose, refine, and ship new initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
