[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Monetization & Growth

The Senior Product Manager, Monetization & Growth will own key product experiences that drive customer acquisition, conversion, monetization, expansion, and retention across Crunchbase's product-led growth motion. Responsibilities Own product experiences and systems that influence acquisition, conversion, monetization, expansion, and retention Develop and evolve monetization strategies across pricing, packaging, subscriptions, billing, and account growth experiences Identify opportunities to improve customer value realization while driving business growth Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, revenue opportunity, and strategic alignment Lead the design, testing, and optimization of pricing and packaging models across products and customer segments Own product requirements and execution for pricing, packaging, billing, checkout, upgrade, downgrade, and cancellation experiences Partner with Engineering and Finance to ensure accurate implementation of monetization systems and policies Monitor pricing performance and recommend changes based on customer behavior, market dynamics, and business goals Own self-service growth opportunities across the customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, and expansion Identify and optimize friction points within key conversion funnels Partner with Marketing and Revenue teams to improve growth experiences across web, product, and lifecycle touchpoints Evaluate emerging opportunities such as AI search, answer engine optimization (AEO), and new customer acquisition channels Own enterprise administration capabilities that support team management, user provisioning, permissions, billing administration, and account governance Partner with Revenue and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities that improve account expansion and team adoption Improve administrative experiences that support both self-service and sales-assisted customer motions Leverage analytics, experimentation, and AI-powered tools to understand customer behavior, usage patterns, conversion drivers, and pricing sensitivity Define success metrics and monitor business performance across monetization and growth initiatives Use data and customer research to identify opportunities and validate product decisions Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, analysis, experimentation, and product development workflows Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver growth and monetization initiatives Align stakeholders around priorities, success metrics, and business outcomes Communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, progress, and results to technical and non-technical audiences Performs other related duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of monetization, pricing, growth, billing, subscriptions, or related product areas Ideally includes owning payment or billing systems at meaningful scale (e.g. $10M+ ARR) Experience optimizing self-service customer journeys, including onboarding, conversion, checkout, upgrade, expansion, and retention experiences Experience with subscription, usage-based, or hybrid SaaS business models Experience leveraging experimentation, analytics, and customer research to drive product decisions Experience working cross-functionally with Revenue, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams Strong understanding of product-led growth, monetization, pricing, packaging, and subscription business models Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product insights Experience designing and optimizing customer journeys, conversion funnels, and growth experiences Understanding of experimentation frameworks and data-driven product decision making Strong product management fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement Ability to balance customer experience, business outcomes, and technical constraints Demonstrated curiosity and comfort using AI tools to improve productivity, research, and decision making Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces Experience with enterprise administration, account management, team management, or governance capabilities preferred Domain expertise in SaaS, data platforms, sales
