You’ll bring together strong technical accounting expertise, operational leadership, and a systems mindset to ensure our financial operations are accurate, compliant, scalable, and trusted across the business.</p> <p>You’ll set the operating model and roadmap for financial control across reporting and compliance, tax, financial operations, and vendor management and procurement. You’ll also lead the function’s automation and AI agenda, using better data, clear definitions, and smarter processes to improve how the team operates.</p> <p>This is a highly visible leadership role. As a member of the Operations Leadership Team and Culture Amp’s broader senior leadership group, you’ll work closely with Finance, Strategy, Operations, the Executive Team, the Board, and external auditors.
