Raytheon's Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC), Surface Radars & Sensors Center department SI&T Long Range Radars Department is seeking a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer, Cross Product Team Leader (CPTL). Tasking will include, but is not limited to, Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities, directorate Estimate at Completion Reviews (EACs), directorate level proposal reviews, staffing projections and training compliance, and monthly metrics tracking. The CPTL is the primary systems engineering, integration, and test interface to the customer community, program management, and stakeholders. In addition, the CPTL has oversight of two strings used for testing hardware and software. The individual leads a team that plans and executes systems integration and test for technical refresh updates and new software builds. Lastly, the CPTL ensures both the customer and end-user receive reach back support for site operational and maintenance anomalies. You will work independently and side-by-side with multidisciplinary team members. What You Will Do Support program growth through proposal development (compliant Basis of Estimates and White Sheets) and deployment/continuous improvement of people, processes, and tools.<br /><br /> CAM tasks that includes baseline change requests, LRE development, and tracking book support.<br /><br /> Represent the test team to external customers during programmatic and technical meetings.<br /><br /> Communicate with and presenting to internal and external customers to plan integration activities, participate in key processes and test readiness reviews, and coordinate system integration activities at local and OCONUS locations.<br /><br /> Lead mitigation of program risks and capture program opportunities, and oversee program training and inter-program communication and collaboration activities.<br /><br /> Travel is expected to be 20% internationally.<br /><br /> Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.<br /><br /> Experience with systems engineering, system integration, system requirements, system verification, system test, and/or validation.<br /><br /> Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management Value System).<br /><br /> Experience with CAM and proposals.<br /><br /> Qualifications We Prefer Experience specifically including test, integration, or verification and validation of Early Warning Radars or other Missile Defense System sensors.<br /><br /> Coordination of integration activities at system installation locations.<br /><br /> Experience with agile development methods and working in a team environment.<br /><br /> Confirm integration and evaluation processes are conducted according to established procedures for software and hardware.<br /><br /> Experience working on international programs.<br /><br /> What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
