About the Role

As a Senior AEP Consultant , you will play a critical role in helping clients unlock the full potential of Adobe Experience Platform . You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to design, implement, and optimize real-time, data-driven customer experiences across marketing, analytics, and personalization initiatives.

At Cognizant Netcentric , you will also mentor other consultants, shape best practices within our Adobe Center of Excellence, and drive success across complex client engagements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead client engagements focused on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) : Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration, and Customer Journey Analytics
  • Build solution blueprints and technical strategies tailored to client business objectives
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to refine standard AEP frameworks and methodologies
  • Provide advisory services to drive adoption, implementation, and expansion of AEP applications
  • Assist in projects across implementation, testing, and training, with a strong focus on AEP capabilities
  • Design customized solutions, data schemas, and tag implementation strategies
  • Validate and debug AEP configurations and integrations, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance
  • Maintain clear documentation including functional and technical specifications
  • Advise key stakeholders and provide actionable insights to support business success
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, estimates, and proposals
  • Actively mentor peers and contribute to the growth of the Solution Consulting community
What You Bring:
  • Strong background in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations, including Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration, and Customer Journey Analytics
  • 5+ years in Consulting or Professional Services within enterprise software or digital marketing technology
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, customer data management, and personalization
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions
  • Experience integrating AEP with other enterprise systems (Adobe Marketing Cloud, CRM, analytics tools)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical, marketing, and business audiences
  • Agile mindset and experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate across global teams
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications within AEP (predictive scoring, personalization)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, or Campaign
  • Experience with data governance, identity resolution, and multi-channel integration
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on SQL, APIs, and scripting knowledge for data integration and automation
