Nuestro cliente es una firma joven de servicios legales, con más de 10 años de trayectoria y un enfoque full service que abarca las principales áreas del Derecho (Procesal, Mercantil, Laboral, Sector Público y Tax). La firma se encuentra en pleno proceso de crecimiento y consolidación, y está integrada por un equipo multidisciplinar que combina perfiles senior y nuevas generaciones del sector legal.

La Firma asesora a empresas y particulares en asuntos jurídicos complejos, aportando soluciones estratégicas y a medida en diversos sectores de actividad (ie. Automoción, industria o Real Estate).

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO En dependencia del Socio Director y en colaboración directa con el resto de prácticas de la Firma (Procesal, Laboral, y especialmente Mercantil), el candidato acompañará a inversores, compañías y patrimonios familiares en transacciones y reestructuraciones que requieren un conocimiento profundo de la normativa tributaria nacional, o internacional.

Como responsable del área fiscal de la Firma, asumirá la gestión directa de clientes y del equipo a su cargo, como responsable asimismo del posicionamiento y desarrollo de negocio (y de la actividad comercial) de la práctica fiscal de la Firma, desde Madrid, con alcance a nivel nacional.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES (a nivel orientativo):

Tax Planning/International Tax: estructuración fiscal de operaciones de compraventa -.Revisión de SPAs-, así como análisis pormenorizado de las implicaciones fiscales sobre la financiación, repatriación de caja y potencial desinversión. Análisis y control de políticas de precios de transferencia.
Asesoramiento en fiscalidad internacional a los clientes establecidos en Madrid (y resto de oficinas de la Firma) en procesos de internacionalización (outbound) y apoyo al resto de asuntos que reciba la firma desde fuera de España (in-bound).
Tax M&A: asesoramiento en Operaciones de M&A y Reestructuración. procesos de Due Diligence, tanto a la parte vendedora como compradora de fondos privados y gestoras de sectores de la construcción, energía, inmobiliario y consumo en la adquisición, restructuración, consolidación, inversión/desinversión, o financiación tanto de activos como de sociedades.
Tax Compliance: Asesoramiento integral recurrente a clientes en la elaboración de declaraciones (presentación y liquidación) en relación al (i) Impuesto sobre Sociedades; (ii) Tributación indirecta (IVA, IVA Intracomunitario, Impuestos especiales y Aduanas); (iii) Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas, así como (iv) Impuesto sobre la Renta de No Residentes o impuestos locales.
Tax Litigation/Controversy: Asistencia y recursos en procedimientos tributarios, tanto administrativos como contenciosos.
Private Client/Wealth Management: asesoramiento y planificación en materia fiscal a Grandes Patrimonios en su imposición personal (IP, ISD, etc) y de la Empresa en general, de los activos y sus rentas, estructuras jurídicas de protección y ordenación del patrimonio. Asesoramiento a clientes extranjeros (empresas y personas físicas) en su implantación en España, fiscalidad de impatriados, de inversiones en private equity etc. Organización, estudio, reestructuración de la planificación sucesoria y de donaciones. Análisis posible "viabilidad fiscal" e implantación de estructuras en el extranjero.

REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A

Formación superior universitaria, Derecho y ADE, ADE o Económicas, y/o afines.
Altamente valorable Máster en Tributación o Máster de Asesoría Jurídico y Fiscal de Empresas (LL.M.).
Sólido background en materia contable y financiera.
Experiencia profesional mínima de 5 años como Fiscalista en departamentos tributarios, preferiblemente en firmas de reconocida solvencia en la práctica tributaria.
Dominio del paquete Office. Excel, nivel avanzado/experto.
Idiomas: inglés fluido (nivel mínimo C1).
