  • 5+ years expertise within Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • Technical Microsoft platform knowhow ( Power Platform, Power Pages, Azure, Power Automate )
  • Strong Dynamics development knowhow (C#, java script, .net , azure portal)
  • Experience Sales and Customer Service modules
  • Architecture knowhow is a plus
  • Interfaces
  • Demonstrated capability in successfully implementing MSD projects in complex environments
  • Middleware
  • Proven track record in the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in deploying and configuring Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems to meet business requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE product line and related Microsoft technologies (Azure, SQL Server, SSRS, Power Platform, Power Automate etc).
  • Create the technical vision based on business requirements and lead the development of a systems solution.
  • Collaborate with various subject matter experts in defining the optimal solution.
  • Manage business/project risk and mitigate or communicate these effectively.
  • Contribute to Management, Strategy, Governance, Leadership, and consulting experience.
