We provide the services, technology, and data to support the rapidly growing world-wide AWS Sales organization. This includes finding inventive ways to scale the business, which will be critical for AWS to continue its strong growth. Our team manages a portfolio of complex, high-impact, and intelligent planning tools, with an exciting multi-year product roadmap to achieve our Autonomous Sales Planning vision. These are global, enterprise grade web applications that are early and mid-stage in their lifecycle, and include both 1P and 3P products.<br><br>Our team is seeking a talented, innovative Sr. Product Manager with exceptional invent and simplify skillset, problem solving abilities, clear communication skills, think big mindset, and the ability to translate customers and business needs into inventive software solutions.<br><br>You will own the end to end development of a global, enterprise grade web-based sales planning product that stands to deliver transformational value across the worldwide AWS Sales organization. You will work with a dedicated engineering pod, our product team works with ~70 person engineering team. You will define the product’s 2-3 year vision and strategy to deliver an Intelligent, AI-assisted Sales Planning to drive a more efficient and effective Go-to-market sales plan for AWS. You will be responsible for roadmap development, product requirements management, stakeholder and customer engagement, leadership reviews, user testing, and launch strategy and execution. You will partner with engineering, global sales customers, a data science team, and other application owners across the SMGS organization.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Develop product strategy and product definition.</li><li> Define and manage multi-year product roadmap, including introduction of agentic transformation</li><li> Capture, document, and communicate business product requirements.</li><li> Translate requirements into features and user stories. Drive technical team understanding of requirements.</li><li> Manage technical build against business requirements.
