- *Hiring Manager Partnership & High-Volume Execution
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, align on hiring priorities, and drive efficient, timely hiring decisions
- Manage multiple roles and locations simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience and effectively managing expectations
- *Job Requisition Creation:
- Develop and post job requisitions for various positions within airport services, ensuring they align with our operational needs and standards
- Maintain position management by ensuring requisitions and hiring activity align with approved headcount, workforce plans, and contract requirements
- *Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach

- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain TSA and airport security clearance

- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in high-volume, fast-paced, or multi-site environments

- Strong knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and recruitment processes
