You’ll focus exclusively on sourcing, identifying, and engaging exceptional technical talent across Software Engineering, Data Engineering/Analytics, and Security. You’ll own the top of the funnel—building targeted pipelines, running structured first-round screens, and ensuring hiring managers receive high-quality, well-qualified candidates.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup, understands the nuances of technical roles, and loves the hunt: finding the right profiles, crafting compelling outreach, and building long-term relationships with top-tier talent.
