Job DetailsJob Location San Salvador Job Shift Day ShiftPosition Summary Support the execution of trade marketing initiatives to increase visibility, rotation, and sales of private label and third-party brands. Collaborate closely with senior analysts and the sales team to ensure execution of brand strategies across the assigned portfolio, focusing on learning, support, and operational excellence Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Support the execution of trade marketing strategies at the point of sale under the guidance of senior analysts or supervisors · Collaborate with the sales team to implement in-store promotions, activations, and brand visibility actions · Assist in monitoring brand performance through basic reports on sell-out, coverage, and store-level data · Identify store-level issues or improvement opportunities and escalate them to the team · Provide operational support in the use and control of the promotional budget · Stay updated on trade marketing best practices and execution standards · Monitor basic brand KPIs such as stock availability, POP execution, and display visibility in assigned stores · Prepare regular reports on performance and provide support for commercial projects · Assist in the execution of actions related to short-dated items or tactical campaigns · Help configure and track promotions in the commercial platform · Support project and task requests from the commercial or partner brand teams · Perform basic follow-up on merchandiser execution in assigned zones · Assist in new product launch activities in coordination with the commercial team · Help track item codes and POP material availability · Collect competitor insights at the store level and report findings to the team · Monitor assigned portfolio and support the achievement of sales and gross margin targets · Assist in tracking the development of assigned brands, especially private labels, in terms of volume, catalog penetration, and store coverage · Support SKU-level catalog management by maintaining updated item lists, tracking active/inactive codes, and flagging discrepancies to the team · Assist in coordinating with POP material suppliers, supporting order follow-up, inventory control, and timely distribution. · Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position, complying with Ethnix Group’s policies and performance expectations. Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, warehouse, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s). Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the site's efficiency, profitability, and productivity. Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, logistics tools, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training programs and by accessing other sources of information and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility. Work Hours (may vary by state or location) This position is scheduled for 44 hours in a regular work week. Additional support within non-regular hours may be required and should be discussed with the supervisor. No additional compensation for overtime is offered for this position. Education/Experience · Experience 0–1 year of experience in Trade Marketing, marketing in mass consumption companies, or food and beverage industries. Data analysis experience is a plus. · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business administration, industrial engineering, or equivalent is required. Language Ability Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete documents, and answer questions in English and Spanish. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as needed. Math Ability Demonstrated advanced mathematical and analytical skills. Reasoning Ability Demonstrated ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills Demonstrated proficiency in office suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc. Advanced spreadsheet management programs to complete required reports and employment documents. Basic level in SAP; basic proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Proficiency and fluency in using and navigating the internet and websites. Interpersonal Skills Ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment. Results-oriented mindset with a basic understanding of how trade marketing activities connect to sales and profitability outcomes—ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence execution through clear communication, even without formal authority.
