About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our Media Buying team of 8 professionals (UA Managers and a Team Lead).
 
You’ll be working with our key product — the IQ Option trading platform, used by millions of users worldwide. We cover all traffic sources, manage large budgets, and have a professional, young marketing team that drives key business decisions independently.
 
This is a full-time role (5/2) in the EET/EEST time zone, with team syncs every Monday and Friday at 11:00.

Tasks:
  • Working with TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook.
  • Creating, analyzing, and optimizing UA campaigns.
  • Utilizing internal and external reporting and analytics tools.
  • Managing creatives, tracking, and analyzing direct and indirect competitors' creatives.
  • Collaborating with creatives and motion designers to develop and refine ad content.
  • Coordinating with analytics teams, product managers, and designers to align strategies.
  • Tracking KPIs and ensuring campaigns meet performance and ROI goals.

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook.
  • Knowledge of traffic acquisition, social networks and optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency with tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Excel for campaign tracking and management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
  • Native-level Russian and professional proficiency in English (B1+).
