Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and digital support platforms.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM tools.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
