  • Booking & Research:Book hotels, flights, car rentals, cruises, theme park tickets, and other activities. Research and prepare itineraries that include detailed costs and optional travel insurance
  • Quote Preparation:Create professional, detailed quotes for clients that outline the full cost of their trip
  • Supplier Interaction:Communicate directly with suppliers to confirm reservations, secure the best rates, and ensure smooth transactions
  • Payment & Ticketing:Collect credit card payments securely and distribute electronic tickets for travel and events
  • Social Media & Community Engagement:Promote travel services through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and participate in community events to engage potential clients
