Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking an experienced and highly creative YouTube Channel Manager to lead the strategic growth and daily operations of our clients' YouTube presence. This remote role, based out of Singapore, offers an exciting opportunity for a visionary individual to drive content strategy, audience engagement, and channel optimization across diverse niches. You will be responsible for transforming raw ideas into compelling video content strategies, managing the content calendar, optimizing videos for discoverability and viewership, and analyzing performance to refine future initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with client objectives and brand voice.
  • Manage the end-to-end content production process, including ideation, scriptwriting, video editing coordination, and publishing schedules.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and optimization tactics.
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and end screens for maximum discoverability and click-through rates (CTR).
