DC Fray Referee - Multi Sport

Join DC Fray Part-Time as a Coordinator/Host!

Is this You?

You’re the one who brings the energy.

You’re outgoing, reliable, and thrive in social environments. You love sports whether that’s team sports, bar sports, or anything in between. Maybe you’ve played your whole life, coached, or even reffed a few games.

You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder you take initiative, solve problems on the fly, and keep things moving. When things get chaotic, you stay cool. When the vibe dips, you bring it back to life.

You don’t just show up you make the night.

The Opportunity

As a Coordinator / Host, your mission is simple: make league night the best night of the week.

You’re the heartbeat of the experience on the field and off. You set the tone, bring the energy, and represent everything United Fray stands for. Whether it’s hyping up players, running a smooth game, or turning post-game into a full-on social scene, you’re the one making it happen.

From creating fun traditions to curating the perfect game-night vibe (yes, bringing a speaker is encouraged), you’ll help turn leagues into unforgettable experiences.
